Annual Investment of $ (see below for dues formula). Twelve dollars ($12.00) of this amount is for subscription to the "McDowell Business Letter," the chamber newsletter. Please return application form with remittance to begin membership.

Membership dues are payable in advance and are routinely invoiced until written resignation is submitted. Membership is void in the event of dissolution of the applicant's firm. The membership plaque is the property of the McDowell Chamber of Commerce, to be returned if membership is discontinued. Chamber of commerce dues are a tax-deductible business expense.

Base covers first three employees. For each additional employee, add $3.00 up to 99 employees.

B.

Financial Institutions

Based on deposits

$10 per $1 million deposits or $400, which is greater, to maximum of $600. Deposits less than $10 million: $300.

C.

Professionals (physicians, attorneys, CPA's, etc.)

$175.00

One practitioner @ full base rate; each other practitioner in the group @ one-half base rate.

D.

Utilities and Firms employing 100 or more.

$660.00

Base covers first 100 employees. For each additional employee, add $1.00 up to 1,000 and $.50 per employee thereafter.

Enrollment Fee

Upon enrollment in the Chamber, new member should add $10.00 administrative charge to the initial dues payment.
